Common use of Monday to Friday Clause in Contracts

Monday to Friday. Where the company utilizes a contractor in excess of eight (8) hours in a workday to perform work that is historically and customarily performed by a skilled trade classification, it will offer the equivalent hours of overtime work (i.e. in excess of eight (8) hours of work) to the affected skilled trade classification and department. Such overtime work will be offered on an hour for hour and person for person basis pursuant to Clause 8 (p) and will be performed on the day the overtime work is being performed by the outside contractor or the next available day.
