Rostered Hours of Work. (Short Runs)-subject to the following provisions, employees may be asked to perform rostered work, as well as non-rostered work, within the 8 hour span, if 17.6.1 The additional non rostered work can be completed within the 8 ordinary hours. It would be at management’s discretion to require an employee to complete the work. 17.6.2 If the additional non rostered work cannot be completed within the 8 ordinary hours, it would only occur by agreement between management and the employee concerned. 17.6.3 It is not the intention of this provision that employees be held back after the completion of their rostered work, if no work is available. If there is no known transport work available at the time the employee returns from their rostered delivery run, then such employee shall not be held back for their full ordinary hours. 17.6.4 Drivers will not be used under this clause to provide position coverage for the Dispatcher where a Dispatcher is already available on site.

Rostered Hours of Work. 23.4.1 Subject to the provisions of clause 23.4.2 the normal rostered hours of work are as follows: a) From Monday to Thursday between the hours of 7:00am and 3:30pm (8.00hours, includes two breaks. Break 1 = 10 minutes paid + 5 minutes unpaid. Break 2 = 25 minutes unpaid). b) From Fridays between the hours of 7:00am and 1:00pm (10 minutes paid). 23.4.2 Where the Company and Employees agree, changes may be made to the rostered hours of work provided for in clause 23.4.1. 23.4.3 Should there be a change in the rostered start time Employees will be given a minimum of 48 hours notice (commencing on the day the agreement is reached) before they are required to change rostered start times.

Rostered Hours of Work. The rostered hours of a semester employee shall be agreed on engagement and may be varied with the mutual consent of the employee and the Association. These hours may be worked in the agreed weeks and on the agreed days in either a single shift or a split shift of up to nine rostered hours.
Rostered Hours of Work. The standard working week for a full-time Employee will be a minimum of 38 hours per week as determined by the roster in accordance with the work requirements, and averaged over the roster cycle. Where practicable, Employees will be consulted as to the required changes. In developing rosters for the workgroup, and where the operational requirements allow, the Company will make reasonable efforts to distribute day, weekend and evening work evenly across the roster.

Rostered Hours of Work. Your hours, times and/or days of work may be determined by a roster. You acknowledge that the roster is an indication of the arrangements relating to the times you are to work and may be varied at the Employer’s discretion. The Employer may request that you work outside of, or in addition to, the rostered hours, times and/or days of work.
