Monitoring of Usage. Without limiting any of our rights in Section 5.1, Siemens or Siemens’ subcontractors may monitor Users’ usage of Services for Siemens’ internal purposes, including: (i) for security and availability reasons; (ii) to ensure compliance with the DSA; (iii) to detect, prevent, and suspend any use of Services exceeding the permitted use under the DSA, and otherwise as necessary for payment and billing purposes (also in relation to Third Parties); (iv) to provide you with reports on Users’ use of the Services; and (v) to offer you, in accordance with any applicable legal requirements, other products or services that are not yet part of the Services. You will not block or interfere with our monitoring, but may use encryption technology or firewalls to help keep Your Content confidential. We may also use usage information on an aggregated basis to improve the Services, other Siemens products and services, and Siemens’ subcontractors’ services.
Monitoring of Usage. Customer acknowledges and agrees to inform all Licensed Users that Vendor may monitor activity on Vendor’s web site, including access to, and use of, the Services by individuals. Upon request, Customer agrees to provide Vendor with assurance from a responsible party (or other relevant evidence) of compliance with these usage terms.

Monitoring of Usage. You acknowledge that Siemens or a third party on Siemens’ behalf may monitor your usage of Services on the Platform (e.g., the number of Users and the storage capacity) for Siemens’ internal business purposes. Siemens may also use such information, but only on an aggregated basis to improve Siemens’ and Siemens’ subcontractors’ products and services. Siemens and we may further disclose Your Content to third parties in order to report to them potential violations of Laws in connection with your use of the Services.

Monitoring of Usage. Company shall not be responsible for monitoring Customer's daily usage or notifying Customer of potential storage inventory overrun, excess storage, Delivery Variance, Forecast Variance, or unauthorized use of gas conditions. However, at Customer's request, Company shall provide to Customer or its authorized agent, via facsimile or electronic file, Customer's daily flow data and storage balances on a daily basis no later than the Gas Day after flow.

Without limiting any of our rights in these ToU, ECS or ECS´ Affiliates may monitor Subscriber’s and End Users’ usage of Services and Third Party Applications for internal purposes, including: (i) for security and availability reasons; (ii) to the extent required to ensure compliance with the ToU; (iii) to detect, prevent, and suspend any use of Services exceeding the permitted use under the ToU;
Monitoring of Usage. 9.1. FirstNet monitors its systems for performance and accounting purposes. The information gained thereby and by any other means may be used to ensure compliance with the Service terms and FirstNet’s Acceptable Use Policy.
