MONITORING THE DIRECT PAYMENT. If you receive your direct payment paid via the Sutton card then you will not need to do anything unless we ask you. We will only ask you for receipts or further information if you withdraw cash or use your card in areas that do not usually offer services identified on your support plan. If you have a prepaid card then you should upload your receipts to your online account for safekeeping. If you receive your direct payment into a self managed bank account you will be required to submit bank statements and invoices annually when requested. If you have a FAS account the company that manages it will provide the monitoring information to LBS. If you do not use your entire allocated direct payment, we will recover any monies in your account that you are not spending, however we will allow you to keep a surplus of 8 weeks direct payment and will only claim back any monies above this amount. We will always inform you in writing before we reclaim any amount from you this way. If you have a valid reason as to why you require more than eight weeks funding, please highlight this on the return slip that will be attached to the notification of reclaim letter and return this to the Council. If you have opened your own bank account for your direct payment to be paid into, then you must maintain accurate financial records. These must be submitted on request from the council. You will receive a request each year requesting that you send your direct payments summary and receipts to the council. When you receive this request you must submit the information requested within 28 days. The council may consider terminating this agreement if you do not provide adequate financial records or information when requested. If you need support to maintain your financial records or are having difficulties in completing your summary, then you must speak to Encompass LATC. What can a direct payment not be used for? A direct payment can not be used to purchase goods or services that are not identified on your support plan. This will include: • Food • Utilities • Gambling or video game machines • Clothing and shoes • Escort Services • Cigarettes and alcohol • Maintenance of property or furnishings The above list is not exhaustive.   • Invoicing for Charges Against the Judicial Council’s Master Account A. The Contractor shall establish a Master Account for the Judicial Council’s charges provided for under the exhibits of this Agreement.

  • Call monitoring We may occasionally monitor and record calls made to or by us relating to customer services and telemarketing calls made by us, for the purpose of training and improving customer care services, including complaint handling. We and/or our suppliers may also record 999 and 112 calls.

  • Program Monitoring The Contractor will make all records and documents required under this Agreement as outlined here, in OEC Policies and NHECC Policies available to the SRO or its designee, the SR Fiscal Officer or their designee and the OEC. Scheduled monitoring visits will take place twice a year. The SRO and OEC reserve the right to make unannounced visits.

  • Monitoring Services IDT staff shall, using methods that include face-to-face and other contacts with the member, monitor the services a member receives. This monitoring shall ensure that:

  • Monitoring Compliance Upon the request of the Lender, but without incurring any liability beyond the Guaranteed Obligations, from time to time, Guarantor shall promptly provide to the Lender such documents, certificates and other information as may be deemed reasonably necessary to enable the Lender to perform its functions under the Servicing Agreement as the same relates to the Guarantor.

  • Payment of Extraordinary Education Related Expenses Section 5.1. PAYMENT OF EXTRAORDINARY EDUCATION-RELATED EXPENSES. In addition to the amounts determined pursuant to Articles IV and VI of this Agreement, Applicant on an annual basis shall also indemnify and reimburse District for all non-reimbursed costs, certified by the District’s external auditor to have been incurred by the District for extraordinary education-related expenses directly and solely related to the project that are not directly funded in state aid formulas, including expenses for the purchase of portable classrooms and the hiring of additional personnel to accommodate a temporary increase in student enrollment caused directly by such project. Applicant shall have the right to contest the findings of the District’s external auditor pursuant to Section 4.9 above.

  • Monitoring and Management Information C10.1 The Contractor shall comply with the monitoring arrangements set out in the Monitoring Schedule including, but not limited to, providing such data and information as the Contractor may be required to produce under the Contract.

  • Contract Monitoring The criminal background checks required by this rule shall be national in scope, and must be conducted at least once every three (3) years. Contractor shall make the criminal background checks required by Paragraph IV.G.1 available for inspection and copying by DRS personnel upon request of DRS.

  • EVALUATION AND MONITORING The ORGANIZATION agrees to maintain books, records and other documents and evidence, and to use accounting procedures and practices that sufficiently and properly support the complete performance of and the full compliance with this Agreement. The ORGANIZATION will retain these supporting books, records, documents and other materials for at least three (3) calendar years following the year in which the Agreement expires. The COUNTY and/or the State Auditor and any of their representatives shall have full and complete access to these books, records and other documents and evidence retained by the ORGANIZATION respecting all matters covered in and under this Agreement, and shall have the right to examine such during normal business hours as often as the COUNTY and/or the State Auditor may deem necessary. Such representatives shall be permitted to audit, examine and make excerpts or transcripts from such records, and to make audits of all contracts, invoices, materials, and records of matters covered by this Agreement. These access and examination rights shall last for three calendar years following the year in which the Agreement expires. The COUNTY intends without guarantee for its agents to use reasonable security procedures and protections to assure that related records and documents provided by the ORGANIZATION are not erroneously disclosed to third parties. The COUNTY will, however, disclose or make this material available to those authorized by/in the above paragraph or permitted under the provisions of Chapter 42.56 RCW without notice to the ORGANIZATION. The ORGANIZATION shall cooperate with and freely participate in any other monitoring or evaluation activities pertinent to this Agreement that the COUNTY finds needing to be conducted.
