Monthly Term. The actual monthly fees will be calculated based on usage and invoiced to you in arrears on a monthly basis. Payment shall be due within thirty (30) days of the date of an invoice, unless the Services Order provides for a different payment term. Subscription prices for the monthly term are subject to changes in our then current pricing. Note that subscription pricing for a monthly term is at a higher price than that for an annual term. During the Ramp Period, no monthly minimum shall apply. After the ramp period, there will be a monthly minimum that is set forth in the Services Order.

Monthly Term coverage begins on the Effective Date and continues each new month as long as Your monthly Service Agreement fee is paid on time. NOTICE: Your monthly Agreement fee is subject to change. In the event of change, You will receive written notice at Your current address in Our file (email or physical address as necessary) at least thirty (30) days prior to implementation. You then have the option to either: (a) pay the new monthly amount when due and have coverage continue; or (b) cancel Your coverage by notifying us as outlined in the “XIV. CANCELLATION…” provision of this Agreement.

Monthly Term. This subclause applies if the Term specified in the Proposal is Monthly. Your rights to the Software commence on the Commencement Date and will continue on a month to month basis until terminated by either party. Either party may terminate at any time however, you must provide Simpro with at least ten (10) Business Days written notice of the termination. Termination will be effective on the first monthly anniversary of the Billing Date following expiry of the notice period. To the extent permitted by law, payments are not refundable and Simpro does not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods

Monthly Term. Service is offered on a month to month basis that begins on the date that Optical Communities activates your Service and ends on the day before the same date in the following month. Subsequent terms of this Agreement automatically renew on a monthly basis unless you give us written notice of non-renewal at least ten (10) days before the end of the monthly term in which the notice is given. You are purchasing the Service for full monthly terms, meaning that if you attempt to disconnect Service prior to the end of a monthly term, you will be responsible for the full month's charges to the end of the then-current term, including, without limitation, unbilled charges, plus a disconnection fee, if applicable, all of which will immediately become due and payable. You will also be responsible for the next full month's charges in the event that you do not provide the requisite ten-day notice of disconnection prior to the expiration of the then-current term. Expiration of the term or disconnection of Service will not excuse you from paying all accrued and unpaid charges due under this Agreement.

Monthly Term. If, on the WSA Form, the Customer has selected a “Monthly Term” option for Wrapped Pallet, then with respect to such option(s): (i) the Initial Term of this Agreement shall be one calendar month, commencing on the Effective Date, (ii) the Customer shall pay to the Company the applicable Monthly Storage Charge(s) (as set forth in the WSA Form) owed in full upon execution of this Agreement. So long as the Customer’s Wine is still held on the first day after the Initial Term or any subsequent Renewal Term, this Agreement shall automatically renew for an additional Renewal Term of one calendar month on these Terms and Conditions. The applicable Monthly Storage Charge(s) shall be adjusted to the Company’s then- current applicable Monthly Storage Charge(s) for new customers.

Monthly Term. If you have a Monthly Subscription, your subscription begins either on or the first day following your installation date and automatically renews thereafter on a monthly basis beginning on the first day of the next billing period assigned to you until cancelled by you. The monthly service charge(s) will be billed at the beginning of your assigned billing period and each month thereafter unless and until you cancel your Service(s). PAYMENTS ARE NONREFUNDABLE AND THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR PARTIALLY USED SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD(S). You may cancel Service(s) for a period up to the last day of the billing period prior to the service period that you wish to cancel, and the cancellation will be effective at the end of the then‐current billing period. Any request for cancellation after the commencement of a service period will be effective at the end of the then‐current service period. Access to the Services will, if possible, continue to be provided at the location ordered or, if you move, to your new location if in an Optimum‐served area (subject to any installation charges).
