CONTRACTUAL DUTIES. The Executive agrees and acknowledges that the Company has no obligation, contractual or otherwise to the Executive with respect to his employment, except as provided herein. The Executive further agrees and acknowledges that the Executive is subject to certain post-employment obligation and covenants under (i) Section 9 of the Employment Agreement relating to non-competition and other covenants and (ii) the Proprietary Rights Agreement between the Executive and the Company which is part of the Employment Agreement (the “Post-Termination Restrictions”)

CONTRACTUAL DUTIES. (1) The practical training establishment in question undertakes 1. to offer the student training and professional guidance from to (= weeks) for the duration of the above-mentioned practical semester or basic practical training in pursuance of the attached training schedule and the additional regulations set forth in § 1; 2. to review and sign the report to be drawn up by the student; 3. to issue a certificate furnishing information about specific requirements regarding the objective of training and the successful completion of the practical training period as well as possible times of absence from work. 4. to name an authorized training supervisor. (2) The student undertakes to conduct himself in keeping with the envisaged training purpose, chiefly by 1. availing himself of the training opportunities offered him, and in doing so observing the regular daily work hours of the practical training establishment concerned; 2. performing with due care the tasks assigned to him within the framework of the training schedule, 3. complying with orders and instructions given to him by persons entrusted with the supervision of his practical training, 4. observing all regulations valid at the practical training establishment, above all work and safety regulations as well as instructions relating to professional discretion, 5. drawing up a report within a period prescribed and in accordance with the pertinent directives as issued by the college, 6. immediately notifying the practical training establishment of any absence from work.

If Xxxxxxxxx Chimney and Subcontractor are parties to more than this one Subcontract, then Subcontractor’s default under any one such Subcontract shall be a default under all, and Xxxxxxxxx Chimney may offset amounts otherwise due to Subcontractor under one or more of such Subcontracts against all costs, expenses, claims or liabilities of Xxxxxxxxx Chimney against Subcontractor under one or more other such Subcontracts.

(2) The student undertakes to conduct himself in keeping with the envisaged training purpose, chiefly by 1. availing himself of the training opportunities offered to him, and in doing so observing the regular daily work hours of the company concerned, 2. performing with due care the tasks assigned to him within the framework of the training schedule, 3. complying with orders and instructions given to him by persons entrusted with the supervision of his practical training, 4. observing all regulations valid at the company, above all work and safety regulations as well as instructions relating to professional discretion, 5. drawing up a report within a period prescribed and in accordance with the pertinent directives as issued by the faculty, 6. immediately notifying the company of any absence from work, and presenting medical certificate in case of illnesses on the 3rd day at the latest.

(2) The student undertakes 1. to availing himself/herself of the training opportunities offered to him/her, and in doing so to observe the regular daily work hours of the practical training establishment concerned, 2. to perform with due care the tasks assigned to him/her within the framework of the training schedule, 3. to comply with instructions given to him/her by persons entrusted with the supervision of his/her practical training, 4. to observe all regulations valid at the practical training establishment, above all work and safety regulations as well as instructions relating to professional discretion, 5. to draw up a report clarifying the content and outcome of the practical training within the prescribed period and in accordance with the pertinent directives as issued by the college, and 6. to immediate notify the practical training establishment of any absence from work.
CONTRACTUAL DUTIES. 1) The Training Company undertakes: 1. to offer the placement Student training and professional guidance and supervision according to the training schedule and the other regulations as mentioned in Section 1 from to ( = weeks) whereby the student will be employed in the following departments or work areas: 2. to enable the Student to participate in the complimentary lectures and exams, 3. to review and sign the placement report written by the student, 4. to issue a testimonial providing information about Student’s achievement of training objectives as well as the training period and absences from work, if any, and do so in a timely manner, 5. to appoint a training supervisor. 2) The Student undertakes: 1. to make good use of the training opportunities offered and to observe the regular working hours valid at the Training Company 2. to perform with due care all tasks assigned as long as these are in accordance with the training schedule 3. to observe the orders and instructions by Training Company’s supervisors of his work placement 4. to comply with all regulations valid at the Training Company, above all, work and safety regulations as well as non-disclosure regulations and industrial espionage policies 5. to write a report within the prescribed period and in accordance with the University’s directives which shall provide information about the training’s contents and devolution 6. to notify the Training Company immediately of any absence from work.
