Monument Recovery. Provide labor, equipment, and materials to perform a search of survey records on file with Deschutes County to perpetuate the location of monuments that may be disturbed or destroyed during a future construction project. Research deeds and surveys of record, including but not necessarily limited to property surveys, county road surveys, original county road resolutions, section corner surveys, and donation land claim (DLC) surveys. Provide to the County the following items: • Tax assessor maps • Property deeds Copies of all pertinent survey documents, survey found property corners, Government Corners, other survey monuments, property line fences, and lines of occupation within the limits of the Project. Provide at least one (1) PLSS corner tie. Keep copies of the research data collected such as surveys, deeds, assessors’ maps, county road maps, government corner surveys, etc., in the Project file. Deliverables and Schedule: • Incorporate information from this task into the deliverables listed in Task 2.3 as required for delivery of documents in subsequent tasks.

Monument Recovery. This task addresses the requirements of ORS 209.150 and ORS 209.155, and other survey related statutes for ODOT projects. The scope of this effort will be defined and approved by the City prior to executing the work. A budget of 40 hours has been established for this task. Consultant shall conduct a survey that includes, but not be limited to: Government corners, geodetic control stations, benchmarks, R/W monuments, property boundary markers, and roadway alignment markers. Consultant shall: • Recover existing monuments within the Project area in order to preserve monuments endangered by any activity related to proposed or anticipated construction and to resolve roadways and property lines. • Provide a record of all monuments searched for, the date of the search, and the results of the search. • Document the monuments found and not found in a “Monument Search Book” and monuments found in the Survey Filing Map. • Prepare a Xxxx Recovery Form (available from ODOT upon request) for all recovered marks owned or appearing to have been set by a government agency. • Survey the monuments recovered and tied (surveyed) from the control network. Consultant shall prepare field notes and a detailed description of the monument including the physical condition and sketch of its location. Consultant shall double tie the found monuments with a conventional total station or GPS RTK methods. (RTK methods include tying monuments a second time separated by a minimum 45 minutes or by using a second base running at the same time to produce a closing vector to each point.) • Locate, measure, and document the location of survey markers and monuments of record for property boundaries and R/W. If a Government corner is in jeopardy of destruction due to Project activities, Consultant shall notify the County Surveyor’s office to determine if the County Surveyor wants the monument replaced at the ODOT’s expense. If the County Surveyor does not wish to have the monument replaced, Consultant shall contact ODOT for direction.

  • Television Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of covered television equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is compliance with Subchapter Z, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Television Equipment Recycling Program.

  • Cost Recovery for RSTEP Requests by Registry Operator for the approval of Additional Services pursuant to Section 2.1 may be referred by ICANN to the Registry Services Technical Evaluation Panel (“RSTEP”) pursuant to that process at xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/en/registries/rsep/. In the event that such requests are referred to RSTEP, Registry Operator shall remit to ICANN the invoiced cost of the RSTEP review within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt of a copy of the RSTEP invoice from ICANN, unless ICANN determines, in its sole and absolute discretion, to pay all or any portion of the invoiced cost of such RSTEP review.

  • Cost Recovery The Parties acknowledge that the price for energy as described in Exhibit A includes the Consultant Commission described in Exhibit A to cover the cost of developing, implementing and operating the Aggregation. The Competitive Supplier agrees to include this cost adder in the Price for energy, and to make the monthly commission payments on behalf of Participating Consumers, in the manner described in Exhibit A, and acknowledges this obligation as a material obligation of this Agreement.

  • Computer Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of computer equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is in compliance with Subchapter Y, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Computer Equipment Recycling Program and the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality rules in 30 TAC Chapter 328.

  • Personal Property Reimbursement Employees shall, in proper cases, be reimbursed for the repair or replacement of personal property damaged in the line of duty without fault of the employee. The amount of reimbursement for articles of clothing shall be the depreciated value based on the age and condition of the article. Reimbursement for a watch shall be limited to the functional value of the watch.
