Morning Muster Uniform. The City agrees to grant all members assigned to a 48-hour assignment authority to come to and leave from their assigned unit in Fire Department fatigue uniform when reporting to or departing from a tour of duty. In addition, both on- coming and off-going personnel shall stand morning muster in Cincinnati Fire Department Fatigue uniform.
