Examples of Family Medical Leave in a sentence
In accordance with District policy, Employees may be eligible for up to twelve weeks of unpaid leave under the Family Medical Leave Act, Federal Law or Washington State Law.
Eligible members are afforded leave as provided by the Family and Medical Leave Act, which is fully addressed in the FMLA Administrative Regulation and in compliance with the Family Medical Leave Act.
For such a leave, the provisions of the Family Medical Leave Act, set forth in this Article shall also apply.
Such leaves include, Military Leave, Jury Duty Leave, Public Office Leave, Volunteer Leave, Paid Parental Leave, Family Medical Leave, Donated Leave, and Leave Without Pay.
Such leave shall include, but is not limited to, the following: in addition to the twelve (12) weeks of leave required by the Family Medical Leave Act, the President shall grant up to an additional six (6) weeks of unpaid leave in order to give birth, or to care for a newborn child, or for placement with the employee of a child for adoption or xxxxxx care, if such leave does not absent the bargaining unit member from the delivery of instruction in more than one (1) semester.
