Common use of MOU Overtime Clause in Contracts

MOU Overtime. During the term of this Agreement, the City shall pay MOU overtime under this Article by crediting paid leaves of absence, vacation, sick leave, holiday leave, other paid absences as hours worked.

MOU Overtime. During the term of this Agreement, the City shall pay MOU overtime under this Article section by crediting paid leaves of absence, vacation, sick leave, personal or in lieu holiday leave, other paid absences etc. as hours worked. Hours charged to vacation leave shall be excluded and not be considered when determining premium pay under the provisions of this MOU.

MOU Overtime. During the term of this Agreement, the City shall pay MOU overtime under this Article by crediting authorized paid leaves of absence, vacation, sick leave, holiday leave, other paid absences as hours worked. The City shall pay MOU overtime for hours worked in excess of the employee’s normally scheduled hours. MOU overtime will be payable each pay period.
