Common use of Moving Expense Clause in Contracts

Moving Expense.  In the event that employees are moved by the Company from one garage to another garage on account of work being moved to that particular garage, financial assistance will be allowed to married employees in the amount of $300 and to unmarried employees in the amount of $150, such amount to be payable at the time the employee reports for work at the new location. In addition, the employee so moved will be allowed up to five working days (40 hours) with no loss of earnings in effecting their relocation. Such employee will report to work at the new location upon completion of the five days referred to above.
