Moving Flats. 2.6.1 You agree not to move to another Flat within the Residence, or to any other accommodation provided by us, without first obtaining the prior written approval of the Accommodation Office (acting reasonably). If consent is given, you will be charged a variation fee of £50 (which covers our reasonable costs and expenses in arranging the move and amending our records accordingly).
