Mutual Extension. The Developer and the District may mutually agree in writing, to extend the Term Sheet Phase, by an additional ninety (90) calendar days without further amendment to the Restated Agreement. Any mutual extensions of the Term Sheet Phase shall require approval of the Board.

Mutual Extension. All deadlines within this article may be waived or extended by written mutual agreement by the Parties. Failure to adhere to the time limit in 12.02(d) shall result in the matter being considered satisfied and no further action shall be taken.   • Contract Extension The City may, in its sole discretion, unilaterally exercise an option to extend the Contract as described in the Contract Documents. In addition, the City may, in its sole discretion, unilaterally extend the Contract on a month-to-month basis following contract expiration if authorized under Charter section 99 and the Contract Documents. Contractor shall not increase its pricing in excess of the percentage increase described in the Contract.

  • EXPIRATION DATE AND EXTENSION This Contract expires December 28, 2022, unless it is terminated sooner pursuant to Article XX of the General Terms and Conditions, which are incorporated into this Contract by reference. This Contract may be extended up to two additional one-year periods upon request of Sourcewell and with written agreement by the Contractor, not to exceed a total of three years.

  • Time Extensions 2.03.1 If Contractor requests an extension of time to complete its performance, then the Director, in consultation with the CPO, may, in his or her sole discretion, extend the time so long as the extension does not exceed 90 days. The extension must be in writing but does not require amendment of this Agreement. Contractor is not entitled to damages for delay(s) regardless of the cause of the delay(s).

  • Interim Extension Amendment a. Prior to or on the expiration date of this Contract, the Parties agree that this Contract can be extended as provided under this Section.
