Mutual Trades. Employees exchanging shifts between themselves, which results in deviation from the posted schedule, shall not be subject to the overtime provisions or overtime rates of pay unless such overtime rates of pay or overtime would have been paid irrespective of the change. Requests shall be in writing and are subject to the approval of the Employer.

Mutual Trades. The Company shall grant requests for a mutual trade of domicile in accordance with the procedures and restrictions outlined below. (1) Mutual trades shall be processed twice a year, once during the second quarter and once during the fourth quarter of the year. (2) The Company shall have the option of when it will allow trade requests to be submitted, when it will award the trades and the effective date of any transfers. The Company shall normally allow a minimum of fifteen (15) days for the submission of mutual trades requests. (3) Mutual trade requests will be processed from the Mutual Trade standing bids (JXSBP) in CAMS. (4) The Company shall not be required to grant any trade which may generate training. (5) Mutual trades shall only be granted between pilots in the same status and equipment and shall be granted on the basis of seniority, subject to qualifications and (4) above. (6) Any trade granted in accordance with this provision is irrevocable. (7) No part of Section 13 shall apply to any pilot transferred under this provision. 132
