MVPC+’s Approach to Conduct. Interviews and Include Interview Criteria Once a pool of diverse candidates has been identified, MVPC+’s Senior Consultant and his team will screen potential candidates to determine if the candidates meet the qualifications as presented in the request. If so, extensive personal interviews will be conducted to verify compliance and assess fit with the requirements. MVPC+ uses a defined set of standards, criteria and strict procedures throughout our recruitment process, including personal interviews, degree verification, certification verification, testing, reference checks and industry standard background checks. The Senior Consultant and his team select the top candidates and they will be submitted in response to the agency request. The Senior Consultant coordinates and conducts interviews in person for local candidates and for candidates located out of the area, interviews are typically conducted by phone. Interview criteria includes verification of technical skills via an interview with MVPC+ technical staff. Online quizzes and web-based testing methods are also used as methods to evaluate the technical capabilities of candidates.
