This ensures that each statement is read and understood. Forms that are not initialed will NOT be accepted. All Kealakehe High School students must have a 2.0 GPA at the end of the THIRD quarter. Tickets for Kealakehe students (regardless of grade) are $90. Tickets for all others are $95. Guests may not be older than 20 years old. Dance attendees still in school must be in high school and at least 13 years old. Ticket sales will be done on the SAC office before school, during wiki and lunch from Monday, January 22 to Friday, January 26 ONLY. Cash or money orders only, checks are not accepted! This signed agreement is due at the time of ticket purchase. Refunds will not be given. For any reason (including, but not limited to, not passing CEPA) Kealakehe students and their guests must complete the guest agreement and are required to abide by all school rules and the terms of the agreement. Anyone exhibiting disruptive behavior will be removed from the dance, parents will be notified and no refunds will be given. Students may be checked for illegal or controlled substances prior to entry to the dance area. Students will be required to check large bags at the door. Administrators, security officers and chaperones will determine what size bags should be checked. ANY vehicle, including limousines, can be searched at any time. PASSENGERS WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE AND GIVEN CONSEQUENCES FOR ANY ILLEGAL SUBSTANCE IN THE VEHICLE. This document outlines expectations between Bath Centre for Psychotherapy (BCPC) and those supervising our counselling students on behalf of placement agencies, so as to ensure that boundaries are clearly understood as required by the BACP Ethical Framework for the Counselling Professions. This document should be signed by the student, placement supervisor and BCPC course tutor. BCPC is a training organisation offering a dual UKCP/BACP-accredited Diploma in Humanistic and Integrative Counselling. We work using an integrative framework that combines values and concepts from Humanistic approaches with key concepts from Psychodynamic thinking.
