Innovative Scheduling Schedules which are inconsistent with the Collective Agreement provisions may be developed in order to improve quality of working life, support continuity of resident care, ensure adequate staffing resources, and support cost-efficiency. The parties agree that such innovative schedules may be determined locally by the Home and the Union subject to the following principles:

Xxxx College courses offered as dual credit, regardless of where they are taught, follow the same syllabus, course outline, textbook, grading method, and other academic policies and procedures as the courses outlined in the Hill College policy manual, catalog, and student handbook. Required Procurement Procedures for Obtaining Goods and Services The Grantee shall provide maximum open competition when procuring goods and services related to the grant-assisted project in accordance with Section 287.057, Florida Statutes.

Any such activity, and any terms, conditions, warranties, or representations associated with such activity, is solely between Subscriber and the applicable third party. TOMIS and its licensors shall have no liability, obligation, or responsibility for any such correspondence, purchase, or promotion between Subscriber and any such third party. TOMIS does not endorse any sites on the Internet that are linked through the Service. TOMIS provides these links to Subscriber only as a matter of convenience, and in no event shall TOMIS or its licensors be responsible for any content, products, services, or other materials on or available from such sites. TOMIS provides the Service to Subscriber pursuant to the TOS. Custom Branding for Directory Assistance (DA) is not available for certain classes of service, including but not limited to Hotel/Motel services, WATS service, and certain PBX services.

Safeguarding and Protecting Children and Vulnerable Adults The Supplier will comply with all applicable legislation and codes of practice, including, where applicable, all legislation and statutory guidance relevant to the safeguarding and protection of children and vulnerable adults and with the British Council’s Child Protection Policy, as notified to the Supplier and amended from time to time, which the Supplier acknowledges may include submitting to a check by the UK Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) or the equivalent local service; in addition, the Supplier will ensure that, where it engages any other party to supply any of the Services under this Agreement, that that party will also comply with the same requirements as if they were a party to this Agreement.
