NDOT Coordination and Intersection Cost Estimate Sample Clauses

NDOT Coordination and Intersection Cost Estimate. The Consultant will coordinate with NDOT to determine the ultimate build-out of the intersections, possible alternative intersection configurations, construction phasing, and potential timing for the complete build-out of the intersection. This coordination will be used to help determine anticipated intersection improvements and their associated planning-level cost estimates. Understanding the cost associated with intersection improvements will allow the City to evaluate the magnitude of each participation fee and how that relates to the anticipated future intersection improvement costs.
