Common use of Negotiating Committee – Single Employer Clause in Contracts

Negotiating Committee – Single Employer. Up to three (3) employees may be designated by the Union as the Negotiating Committee representatives specifically to engage in collective bargaining where there is a single Employer bargaining table. The employees shall have no loss of regular pay or group benefits for shifts absent while involved in direct negotiations for a Collective Agreement between the Employer and the Union. Union caucus meetings are not covered by this provision.
