Common use of Negotiating Team Summer Compensation Clause in Contracts

Negotiating Team Summer Compensation. Should negotiations of a successor Agreement extend beyond the end-point of the members of the negotiations team’s nine-month employment contract, then up to two (2) members of the negotiations team shall be provided with a supplemental contract equivalent to the compensation for a fully enrolled three-credit hour summer course. YSU- OEA shall have the option to contribute additional funds for compensation to other members of the negotiations team. Article 22‌
