The Company agrees to grant time off for two (2) employees on the Union Negotiating Committee for the purpose of attending negotiations with the Company for the renewal of the Collective Agreement. The Company agrees to pay said employees as though they had worked and then bill the Union for said time (including all associated costs such as wages and benefits).
