Net Pay. Net pay for purposes of determining the supplement will be calculated as follows: Employee’s bi-weekly wage less Federal taxes, State taxes, FICA and pension withholding. The supplemental amount will not increase because of a change in the employee’s W-4 form.

Net Pay. 24:03 An employee who is required to temporarily perform work in a classification paying a higher rate of pay shall receive the higher rate for all hours worked in the higher classification.

  • Shift Pay Each full-time employee scheduled to work on any shift commencing after 9:00 a.m. shall be paid a shift premium of seventy- five cents ($0.75) per hour for all hours worked by him/her on that shift and overtime hours worked in continuity with such shift. Shift premiums payable under this provision shall not be included as part of the employee’s regular pay for purposes of computing overtime pay.

  • Xxxx Pay We will process xxxx payment transfer requests only to those creditors the Credit Union has designated in the User Instructions and such creditors as you authorize and for whom the Credit Union has the proper vendor code number. We will not process any xxxx payment transfer if the required transaction information is incomplete. We will withdraw the designated funds from your share draft account for xxxx payment transfer by the designated cutoff time on the date you schedule for payment. We will process your xxxx payment transfer within a designated number of days before the date you schedule for payment. You must allow sufficient time for vendors to process your payment after they receive a transfer from us. Please leave as much time as though you were sending your payment by mail. We cannot guarantee the time that any payment will be credited to your account by the vendor. The following limitations on Xxxx Pay transactions may apply: - There is no limit on the number of xxxx payments per day.

  • DEDUCTIONS FROM PAY 24.01 The Employer shall continue to make necessary or approved deductions from an employee's pay for fringe benefits, taxes and other customary purposes and provide the employee with a statement of such deductions with each pay cheque.

  • Time Off Without Pay (a) Time spent in the transaction of business which is unrelated to the functioning of the University such as time spent at the Union's International or Local Officer.

  • Show-up Pay (a) Except as otherwise required by State law, Employees reporting for work and for whom no work is provided, except when given prior notification not to report to work, shall receive two (2) hours pay at the regular straight time hourly rate. Employees who are directed to start work shall receive four (4) hours of pay at the regular straight time hourly rate. Employees who work beyond four (4) hours shall be paid for actual hours worked. Whenever reporting pay is provided for employees, they will be required to remain at the Project Site and available for work for such time as they receive pay, unless released earlier by the principal supervisor of the Contractor(s) or his/her designated representative. Each employee shall furnish his/her Contractor with his/her current address and telephone number, and shall promptly report any changes to the Contractor.

  • Merit Pay It is the parties’ intent to not simultaneously provide employees with both: a) the wage premiums referenced in Subsection A of this Agreement, and b) an above-top-step merit premium program. Therefore, existing bargaining units with employees which have eligibility for above-top-step merit pay as provided under KCC 3.15.020(C)(3) and as administered under the King County Performance Appraisal and Merit Pay System under their appendix, that have elected as a group to be covered by the Merit Pay System, are not eligible for longevity-merit pay under Subsection A of this Agreement; however, such bargaining units have elected to forgo above-top-step merit for their members who are part of the Coalition in order for those members to be eligible for the longevity-merit pay under Subsection A of this Agreement. This provision would give employees who are covered by these administrative support coalition negotiations the option of: a) continuing to receive above-top-step merit pay they have access to under their respective bargaining unit’s existing collective bargaining agreement, or b) receiving the wage premium under Subsection A of this Agreement.

  • Minimum Pay The minimum time for which overtime compensation shall be paid under the provisions of Section 208.12 shall be two hours, except that if an employee, who has been notified to report for prearranged work outside of his/her regular work hours on workdays, continues to work into or beyond regular work hours, the employee shall be paid overtime compensation only for actual work time up to regular work hours, and for travel time as provided in Section 208.12 hereof.   • Report Pay An employee who is pre-scheduled to work an overtime shift in a 24-hour facility and reports to duty will be guaranteed three (3) hours overtime pay at the appropriate rate unless the employee is a holdover from a previous shift. The Employer shall notify employees as soon as practical prior to their scheduled start time in the event the employee is not required to report for prescheduled overtime. Department of Transportation employees will continue to receive the greater benefits under callback pay when applicable.

  • First Year Wage Adjustment Effective July 1, 2017, all salary ranges and rates shall be increased by two percent (2.0%), rounded to the nearest cent. The compensation grids for classes covered by this Agreement are contained in Appendix E-1. Employees shall convert to the new compensation grid as provided in Section 2.

  • Unbundled Sub-Loop Distribution Intrabuilding Network Cable (USLD-INC) is the distribution facility owned or controlled by BellSouth inside a building or between buildings on the same property that is not separated by a public street or road. USLD-INC includes the facility from the cross connect device in the building equipment room up to and including the point of demarcation at the End User’s premises.
