New and Restructured Positions. The Board may from time to time create new bargaining unit positions or restructure current bargaining unit positions. When this occurs, the Board will notify the Union promptly in writing. If the Union desires to meet and negotiate the salary, benefits and working conditions of the new or restructured bargaining unit positions, the Union will notify the Board within ten (10) calendar days of receipt of the Board’s written notice.
New and Restructured Positions. The Board may from time to time create new support staff positions or restructure current positions. When this occurs the Board and Union will meet and negotiate the salary, benefits and working conditions of the new or restructured positions to the extent required by law.
