New and Separated Employees. The District shall notify SEIU 925 and the SEIU 925 chapter president or designee of all new hires three (3) business days prior to the new hire’s orientation first day of work, or as soon as practical, including name, home mailing address, job title, phone number, work email, work location, and hire date.
