New Employee Orientation, Union Presentation. The County agrees to continue in person New Employee Orientation to allow the Unions to meet the new members. Not less than five (5) working days before a new employee orientation, a list of names of employees who shall be attending and are assigned to one of the MLA’s Signatory bargaining units shall be forwarded to the Union.
