New Employees to be Acquainted. The District agrees to acquaint new employees with the fact that a Union Agreement is in effect, and where the Agreement can be found on-line, and with the conditions of employment dealing with Union membership and dues check- off. The District shall provide each new Regular and Part-time employee with a copy of this Agreement and the employee’s job description. If the Union provides the District with packages of information, all new Regular and Part-time employees shall be given a package. Within one (1) week of commencing employment, each new regular, temporary and part-time employee shall be introduced to their Shop Xxxxxxx.
