Common use of New Positions or Classes of Positions Clause in Contracts

New Positions or Classes of Positions. All newly created positions or classes of positions, unless specifically exempted by law, shall be assigned to the bargaining unit if the job descriptions describe duties performed by employees in the bargaining unit or which by the nature of the duties should reasonably be assigned to the bargaining unit.
