NEXT LEVEL ACCOUNTABILITY MEASURES. A) If the Academy school covered by this Agreement does not meet the 18-month benchmark(s) set forth in this Agreement, the Authorizer may reconstitute the Academy in accordance with the Contract and the Code, and in conjunction and notification to the MDE of this option. The reconstitution will minimally consist of a new school board and/or management organization.
