Night Shift Lead Hands. When night stocking takes place, one (1) employee on the night stocking shift shall be Lead Hand on a voluntary basis. In the absence of a volunteer acceptable to the Company, the Company shall designate an employee as Lead Hand. The Lead Hand shall be paid a premium in addition to the regular rate of pay of seventy-five cents ($0.75) one dollar ($1.00) per hour.
