Common use of NIGHT SHIFT PAY Clause in Contracts

NIGHT SHIFT PAY. ‌ Employees shall receive night-shift pay if one-half of their work period is before 8:00 a.m. or after 5:00 p.m. Night-Shift differential shall be 7.5% of employee’s standard daily or bi- weekly rate.

NIGHT SHIFT PAY. ‌ Employees shall receive night-shift differential pay if one-more than half of their work period is before 8:00 eight a.m. or after 5:00 five p.m. Night-Shift shift differential pay shall be 7.5% seven and one-half (7½%) percent of the employee’s standard daily or bi- weekly biweekly salary rate. Employees who regularly work a full workday which ends at eight p.m. or after shall receive night-shift pay.
