Night Shift Weekday Monday to Friday Premiums. Effective two (2) full pay periods following the effective date: A Shift Differential of two dollars and seventy-five cents ($2.75) per hour shall be paid: (a) to Employees for each hour when the majority of hours are worked between twenty-three hundred (2300) hours to zero seven hundred (0700) hours; and (b) to Employees for all overtime hours when the majority of hours are worked within the period of twenty-three hundred (2300) hours to zero seven hundred (0700) hours. A Shift Differential of one dollar ($1.00) per hour shall be paid: (a) to Employees for each hour when the majority of hours are worked between twenty-three hundred (2300) hours to zero seven hundred (0700) hours; and (b) to Employees for all overtime hours when the majority of hours are worked within the period of twenty-three hundred (2300) hours to zero seven hundred (0700) hours.

  • Monday to Friday The Executive's salary has been computed to reflect that his regular duties are likely, from time to time, to require more than the normal hours per week and the Executive shall not be entitled to receive any additional remuneration for work outside normal hours.

  • Sunday Premium Any employee who is required to work at any time on a Sunday shall be paid a Sunday premium in addition to their regular hourly rate of pay in the amount of seventy-five (75¢) cents per hour, for each such hour and portion of an hour worked. Sunday premium pay shall not be added to an employee's hourly rate of pay for the purpose of computing overtime. The provisions of this Article shall not apply to the “in charge” employees referred to in sub-articles 23.03 and 23.04 of this Agreement.
