Nineteen Years Employment. An employee who at the beginning of the calendar year has maintained a continuous employee relationship for at least nineteen (19) years and has completed 36,100 hours compensated service and/or available for duty, shall be allowed 1 hour vacation for each 10.4 hours worked during the preceding calendar year, with a maximum of 200 hours.

RULE 10.5 Deleted RULE 10.6 In computing service under RULE 10.1, RULE 10.2, RULE 10.3, RULE 10.4, days worked in any position covered by similar vacation agreements will be accumulated for the purpose of qualifying for vacation with pay. A year's service is defined as 2,000 hours of cumulative compensated service.
