Common use of Nineteen Years Employment Clause in Contracts

Nineteen Years Employment. An employee who at the beginning of the calendar year has maintained a continuous employee relationship for at least nineteen (19) years and has completed 36,100 hours compensated service and/or available for duty, shall be allowed 1 hour vacation for each 10.4 hours worked during the preceding calendar year, with a maximum of 200 hours.

Nineteen Years Employment. An employee hired prior to 2015 who at the beginning of the calendar year has maintained a continuous employee relationship for at least nineteen (19) years and has completed 36,100 38,000 hours cumulative compensated service and/or available for duty, shall be allowed 1 receive one (1) hour vacation with pay for each 10.4 every 10 hours worked during the preceding calendar year, with a maximum of 200 hours.

An employee hired prior to January 1, 2015 who at the beginning of the calendar year has maintained a continuous employee relationship for at least nineteen (19) years and has completed 36,100 34,580 hours cumulative compensated service and/or available for duty, shall be allowed 1 hour vacation with pay for each every 10.4 hours worked during the preceding calendar year, with a maximum of 200 hoursfive (5) weeks.
