Non-Highly Compensated Employee means an Employee who is not a Highly Compensated Employee.
Highly Compensated Employee means any Employee who:
related service means the services incidental to the supply of the Goods, such as transportation, insurance, installation, training and initial maintenance and other such obligations of the Supplier under the Contract.
Compensated time means, with respect to an employee, any time worked by or credited to the employee that counts toward any minimum work time requirement imposed as a condition of his or her employment, but for purposes of this Ordinance, does not include any designated holidays, vacation periods, personal time, compensatory time off or any period when the employee is on a leave of absence. With respect to officers or employees whose hours are not fixed, "compensated time" includes any period of time when the officer is on premises under the control of the employer and any other time when the officer or employee is executing his or her official duties, regardless of location.
Nonhighly Compensated Employee means an Employee who is not a Highly Compensated Employee.
Hosted Service means the provision of and access to the Vocera Care Transition Software and related services either at your site and/or via secure electronic access over the Internet provided to you by Vocera and/or its designee. Defined terms used in this XXXX, but not defined herein, are defined in the Supplemental Terms and Conditions in Attachment 3.
Non-Highly Compensated Participant means any Participant who is neither a Highly Compensated Employee nor a Family Member.
Covered service means a health care service provided to a
Testing service means a national testing service selected by the board.
Competing Service means implementation, consulting, support, maintenance, development and/or training services relating to or in connection with the use of any Company Products or Competing Products.
Highly Compensated Participant means any Highly Compensated Employee who is eligible to participate in the Plan.
Highly Compensated Former Employee means a former Employee who had a separation year prior to the "determination year" and was a Highly Compensated Employee in the year of separation from service or in any "determination year" after attaining age 55. Notwithstanding the foregoing, an Employee who separated from service prior to 1987 will be treated as a Highly Compensated Former Employee only if during the separation year (or year preceding the separation year) or any year after the Employee attains age 55 (or the last year ending before the Employee's 55th birthday), the Employee either received "415 Compensation" in excess of $50,000 or was a "five percent owner." For purposes of this Section, "determination year," "415 Compensation" and "five percent owner" shall be determined in accordance with Section 1.28. Highly Compensated Former Employees shall be treated as Highly Compensated Employees. The method set forth in this Section for determining who is a "Highly Compensated Former Employee" shall be applied on a uniform and consistent basis for all purposes for which the Code Section 414(q) definition is applicable.
Excess Compensation means Compensation in excess of the following Integration Level: (Choose (1) or (2))

Covered Compensation means any Incentive-Based Compensation granted, vested or paid to a person who served as an Executive Officer at any time during the performance period for the Incentive-Based Compensation and that was Received (i) on or after October 2, 2023 (the effective date of the Nasdaq listing standards), (ii) after the person became an Executive Officer, and (iii) at a time that the Company had a class of securities listed on a national securities exchange or a national securities association such as Nasdaq.
Vesting Service of an employee means the period or periods of service credited to him under the provisions of Article II for purposes of determining his vested interest in his Employer Contributions Sub-Account, if Employer Contributions are provided for under either Article VI or Article XXII.
CMU Service means the Central Moneymarkets Unit Service, operated by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority;
Period of Service means the aggregate of all periods of service commencing with an Employee's first day of employment or reemployment with the Employer or an Affiliated Employer and ending on the first day of a Period of Severance, or for benefit accrual purposes, ending on the severance from service date. The first day of employment or reemployment is the first day the Employee performs an Hour of Service. An Employee who incurs a Period of Severance of twelve (12) months or less will also receive service-spanning credit by treating any such period as a Period of Service for purposes of eligibility and vesting (but not benefit accrual). For purposes of benefit accrual, a Participant's whole year Periods of Service is equal to the sum of all full and partial periods of service, whether or not such service is continuous or contiguous, expressed in the number of whole years represented by such sum. For this purpose, fractional periods of a year will be expressed in terms of days.
Covered Services means all or a part of those medical and health services set forth in rule 441—86.14(514I).

Eligibility Service of an employee means the period or periods of service credited to him under the provisions of Article II for purposes of determining his eligibility to participate in the Plan as may be required under Article III or Article VI.
scheduled service means the City Representative has notified the Contractor to perform services ten (10) working days prior to commencement of work by Contractor.
Medical service means any medical treatment or any medical, surgical, diagnostic, chiropractic, dental, hospital, nursing, ambulance, and other related services, and drugs, medicine, crutches and prosthetic appliances, braces and supports, and, where necessary, physical restorative services.
Level of service has the meaning set forth in Section 2.02(c).
