No Coercion Sample Clauses

No Coercion. 5.1 The Union agrees that there will be no intimidation, interference, restraint or coercion exercised or practiced upon employees of the Company by any of its members or representatives, and there will be no Union activity, other than that which is necessary for the administration of this Agreement and no meetings on Company premises except with the permission of the Company.

No Coercion. The parties hereto represent and acknowledge that they have decided to enter into this Agreement voluntarily, knowingly and without coercion of any kind.

No Coercion. 4.1 The Union agrees that there will be no intimidation, interference, restriction or coercion exercised or practiced on employees of the Municipality by any of its members or representatives and that there will be no Union activity, solicitation for membership or collection of dues on Municipality time, and no meetings on Municipality premises except with the prior permission of the Municipality.

No Coercion. The District and the Association agree not to interfere with the right of employees covered by this Agreement to become or not become members of the Association and that there shall be no discrimination against any employee covered by this Agreement because of Association membership or non-membership, or because of lawful union activity.

No Coercion. No faculty member shall be required to waive the benefits provided by the terms of this Agreement.

No Coercion. The Union agrees that neither it nor any of its officers or members will intimidate or coerce employees into membership in the Union. If any dispute arises as to whether there has been any violation of this pledge or whether any employee affected by this clause has been deprived of good standing in any way contrary to the Constitution and By- laws of the Union, the dispute shall be regarded as a grievance and be submitted to the grievance procedure, and, if necessary, to the final determination of an Arbitrator.

No Coercion. Company Affiliates hereby represent and warrant that they are fully aware of the terms set forth in this Agreement and have voluntarily, and without coercion or duress of any kind, entered into this Agreement intending to be legally bound by its terms.

Discriminate against any Employee because of his/her being, or not being, or becoming or not becoming, a member of the Union; or 2. Intimidate or coerce any Employee into joining or not joining, or continuing or not continuing, his/her membership in the Union.
