Pay for Negotiating Committee. Effective November 1, 2013, the Employer agrees to pay 50% of the Union’s two negotiating team members wages up to a maximum of $500.00. It is preferred that the negotiating team members represent different departments.

Pay for Negotiating Committee. Each member of the Union Committee shall receive regular pay for all regularly scheduled working hours lost due to attendance at the negotiating meetings with representatives of the Employer before and after but not during the conciliation process. Pay When employee at Master Negotiations Where an Home is participating in a Master Bargaining Process, and a Committee Member is attending a bargaining session with the Employer on Master issues, on a day that would otherwise be a scheduled day off, the Employer agrees to provide such employee with an alternative day off with pay, or, in the alternative pay for the scheduled so spent in negotiating meetings with the Employer. It shall monitor the clauses of this Agreement which relate to training and ensure all employees have equal access to training.

  • JOINT ADVISORY COMMITTEE 5.01 A Joint Advisory Committee shall operate during the term of this agreement consisting of one (1) employee representative from each location and up to an equal number of employer representatives who shall meet at least once every six (6) months to discuss working conditions, economy of operation, quality and quantity of service, safety and health, workplace stress, violence and abuse prevention, and other matters to promote an ongoing harmonious relationship between the Employer and its employees.
