No Completion Deadline Adjustment. 14 Except as otherwise specifically provided in Article 15, ADOT will have no 15 obligation to adjust a Completion Deadline and Developer shall not be relieved of its 16 obligation to comply with the Project Schedule and to achieve Substantial Completion 17 and Final Acceptance of the Project by the applicable Completion Deadlines for any 18 reason.

Except as otherwise specifically provided in Articles 13 and 14, KYTC will have no obligation to adjust a Completion Deadline and DBT shall not be relieved of its obligation to comply with the Baseline Schedule and to achieve Substantial Completion and Final Acceptance of the Project by the applicable Completion Deadlines for any reason.
