NO DOUBLE FUNDING. 34.1 The Principal Applicant and each member of the Project Team shall not submit the same or reasonably similar proposal for the Project to another funding source in Hong Kong or elsewhere for consideration of or application for funding unless otherwise agreed by the Government.
NO DOUBLE FUNDING. The targets set for the Program are made possible by the additional funding provided by the Global Fund under this Agreement. The Principal Recipient is not receiving funding from any other source that duplicates the funding provided under this Agreement.
NO DOUBLE FUNDING the Recipient has not sought or received any funding from any other person that “doubles up” on the Funding in excess of the Recipient’s actual requirements for the funded activities in question.
NO DOUBLE FUNDING. The Beneficiary has not received any grant money or assistance from any other source which would result in duplicating the funding provided under the Agreement.
NO DOUBLE FUNDING. By signing this Agreement, the Challenger and Xxxxxx declare to be aware of the fundamental principle underpinning the rules for public expenditure in the EU that no costs for the same activity be funded twice from the EU budget, as defined in the Article 111 of Council Regulation (EC, Euratom) No. 1605/2002 of 25 June 2002 on the Financial Regulation, and confirm that all the work performed under InnoBuyer (Grant Agreement no. 101071212) will be done exclusively in the scope of this programme, not being supported or funded by any other European Commission programme.
NO DOUBLE FUNDING. For each Program, the targets set for such Program are made possible by the additional funding provided by the Global Fund under the relevant Grant Agreement. For each Program, none of the Grantee, the Principal Recipient or any of its Sub-recipients receives funding from any other source that duplicates the Grant Funds to be provided under the relevant Grant Confirmation. For each Program, any material misrepresentation by the Grantee of the matters listed above is a breach, and shall constitute grounds for termination, of the relevant Grant Agreement.
NO DOUBLE FUNDING. Actions financed under this Regulation may receive support from other Union programmes, instruments or funds under the Union's budget provided that the support does not cover the same cost items.
