No Enlargement of Employment Rights. Neither the establishment or maintenance or amendment of the Plan, nor the making of any benefit payment hereunder, will be construed to confer upon any individual any right to continue to be an employee of the Company. The Plan in no way alters Participant’s at will employment arrangement with Company and Company expressly reserves the right to discharge any of its employees, including Participant, at any time, with or without cause. However, as described in the Plan, a Participant may be entitled to Severance Benefits depending upon the circumstances of his or her termination of employment.

The Company expressly reserves the right to discharge any of its employees at any time, with or without cause. However, as described in this Agreement, Executive may be entitled to benefits pursuant to this Agreement depending upon the circumstances of his or her termination of employment.

An Employer by adopting the Plan, making contributions to the Trust Fund or taking any other action with respect to the Plan does not obligate itself to continue the employment of any Member or Employee for any period or, except as expressly provided in the Plan, to make any payments into the Trust Fund.
