You and your Responsible Adult will ensure that none of your visitors to the Licensed Premises and/or Facilities (including your own staff and all persons under your control) commits or permits any nuisance or annoyance to the School or any persons connected with it or the general public and in particular (but without limitation) you will ensure that all your said visitors to the School’s premises do not obstruct Courtland Avenue or any of the other roadways in the vicinity of the School and that they park their motor vehicles responsibly and with due consideration for the School’s best interests and those of local residents.

Subletting Premises (1) Where a fixed term rental agreement is for a period greater than six months, the lessee may assign or sublet the premises subject to the consent of the lessor, which consent will not unreasonably be withheld or charged for unless the lessor has actually incurred expense in respect of the grant of consent, in which case he shall be entitled to recover such reasonable expenses as were actually incurred. (2) Subsection (1) does not apply to (a) a rental agreement in respect of residential premises that are developed under the National Housing Act R.S.C. 1985, Chap. N-11 or the Housing Corporation Act R.S.P.E.I. 1988, Cap. H-11 and are administered by or for the Government of Canada, the Government of the province, or an agency thereof; (b) non-profit housing; or (c) co-operative housing where the lessee is a member of the housing co-operative. 6. Entry of Premises Except in the case of an emergency, the lessor shall not enter the premises without the consent of the lessee unless the lessor has served written notice stating the date and time of the entry to the lessee at least twenty-four hours in advance of the entry and the time stated is between the hours of 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. 7. Entry Doors Except by mutual consent, the lessor or the lessee shall not during occupancy under the rental agreement alter or cause to be altered the lock or locking system on any door that gives entry to the premises. 8.
Good Behaviour. In school and to and from school All students should follow the school behaviour policy: We look after each other; We look after our school; We look after our community; We take responsibility for ourselves. School detention may be used if students persistently misbehave. Students may be detained for a period of up to 30 minutes after school w ithout prior notification. For longer periods parents will receive advance notice of the detention. In addition, students are reminded that they must NEVER: Behave in a violent or aggressive manner; Bring knives, fireworks, sharp objects or weapons to school; Bring pornography to school; Bring alcohol, tobacco and cigarette papers, lighters, energy drinks, junk food, shisha pens or any illegal substances to school; Bring any other banned items to school.

  • Behaviour No obscene or insulting language or disorderly behaviour shall be permitted. This includes any form of entertainment that may be considered lewd or inappropriate for a public place or that may offend or cause embarrassment to others.

  • PROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR A. Teachers are expected to comply with reasonable rules, regulations and directions presently in effect and from time to time adopted by the Board, or its representatives, which are not inconsistent with the provisions of this Agreement.

  • Alcohol (a) A worker who returns a negative alcohol test will be allowed to return to work with no record of the test kept. A worker who returns a positive result for alcohol (above 0.00mg/ml) will be deemed not fit work and will not be permitted to return to work;

  • Behavior 1. Students must respect each other.

  • Tardiness Tardiness shall be defined as reporting to work eight (8) or more minutes after clock in time. For each three (3) occurrences of tardiness in a school year shall constitute grounds for the issuance of progressive discipline as defined in Article 15.

  • Abuse You agree to immediately notify us if you suspect fraudulent or abusive activity. If you so notify us, or we otherwise suspect fraudulent or abusive activity, you agree to cooperate with us in any fraud investigation and to use any fraud prevention measures we prescribe. Your failure to cooperate or to use such measures will result in your liability for all fraudulent usage or abusive activity associated with your Equipment (as defined below).
