No Manager Wages or Salaries. Except for the Management Fee, neither the Manager nor any of its officers, directors or shareholders shall be compensated by wages from or contract payments other than the Management Fee by the Enterprise for their efforts or for any work which they perform under this Agreement. Nothing in this subsection shall restrict the ability of an employee of the Enterprise to purchase or hold stock in the Manager, its parents, subsidiaries or affiliates where (i) such stock is publicly held, and (ii) such employee acquires, on a cumulative basis, less than five percent (5%) of the outstanding stock in the corporation, provided that no elected member of the Tribal Council shall be permitted to have any financial interest in Manager. The Manager is prohibited from hiring consultants to perform Manager’s responsibilities, unless paid for by the Manager.
No Manager Wages or Salaries. Except as otherwise provided in Sections 3.3 and 3.4, neither Manager nor its Affiliates nor any of their respective officers, directors, shareholders, or employees shall be compensated by wages or other payments paid by the Enterprise for any work which they perform for the Enterprise, except for the Management Fee to be paid to Manager hereunder.

Neither the Manager nor any of its officers, directors or shareholders or any employees, shall be compensated by wages from or contract payments by the Gaming Enterprise for their efforts or for any work which they perform under this Agreement, other than payments pursuant to the Financing Agreements, reimbursement pursuant to the Financing
No Manager Wages or Salaries. Neither Manager nor Manager’s Affiliates nor any of their officers, directors, shareholders, or employees (other than Business Employees) nor any of their respective Insiders shall without Management Board approval receive any payment from any of the Operating Companies, other than the Management Fee or other amounts to be paid to Manager under Section 6.1 and reimbursement of certain expenses as provided in Section 6.2.

Neither Manager nor any of its members, managers, officers, directors or employees shall be compensated by wages from or contract payments by the Gaming Enterprise for their efforts or for any work that they perform under this Agreement, other than reimbursement payments provided for in this Agreement and the Management Fee paid to Manager under SECTION 6.4. Nothing in this subsection shall restrict the ability of an employee of the Gaming Enterprise to purchase or hold stock in Manager, its parents, subsidiaries or affiliates where (i) such stock is publicly held, and (ii) such employee acquires, on a cumulative basis, less than ten percent (10%) of the outstanding stock in the corporation.
No Manager Wages or Salaries. Except for the payment of Management Fees and as set forth in Section 3.01(b) and Section 8.05, neither the Manager nor its Home Office Employees shall be compensated by wages or contract payments by the Owner or the Casino for their efforts or for any work which they perform under this Agreement. The cost of the Manager’s overhead expenses that are not provided for in the Approved Budget, shall not be Operating Expenses of the Casino, and shall be paid by the Manager out of its own funds.

Neither the Manager nor Manager’s Affiliates, nor any of their officers, directors, shareholders, or employees, shall be compensated by additional wages from or contract payments by the Enterprise for their efforts or for any work which they perform under this Agreement, other than loan repayments, reimbursement pursuant to the Reimbursement Agreement, compensation or payments for Manager’s Affiliates approved by the Company and the Management Fee to be paid to the Manager under Section 2.3. Nothing in this section shall restrict the ability of an Enterprise Employee to purchase or hold stock in the Manager or the Manager’s Affiliates, where (i) such stock is publicly held, and (ii) such employee acquires, on a cumulative basis, less than five percent (5%) of the outstanding stock in the corporation.
