No Strike/No Lockout Provision. As a condition of the various provisions of this agreement to which the parties have agreed, the School District pledges that it will not conduct, or cause to be conducted, a lockout during the term of this agreement and the union pledges that members of the bargaining unit will not engage in a strike (as the term is defined in Section 301(9) of Act 195 and Act 88 of 1992), during the term of this agreement.
