Common use of NO STRIKE OR LOCK-OUT Clause in Contracts

NO STRIKE OR LOCK-OUT. 4.01 In view of the orderly procedure established by this Agreement for the settling of disputes and the handling of grievance, there shall be no strikes or lockouts during the term of this Agreement. 4.02 The word "strike" and the word "lockout" as used in Article 4.01 shall have the same meaning given to those words in the Canada Labour Code.
