Common use of NO STRIKE OR LOCK-OUT Clause in Contracts

NO STRIKE OR LOCK-OUT. The Union agrees that during the life of the Agreement, there will be no strike, slow down, stoppage of work or any withdrawal of normally provided services, and the Employer agrees that during the life of the Agreement there shall be no lockouts.

NO STRIKE OR LOCK-OUT. (a) The Union union agrees that during the life term of the Agreementthis agreement, there will be no strike, slow downslowdown, or other stoppage of work or any withdrawal of normally provided services, and the Employer work. The Union agrees that during the life as a consideration of the Agreement, there will be no strike, slow down, stoppage of work or any withdrawal of normally provided services, and the Employer agrees that during the life of the making this Agreement there shall be no lockoutsstrike, suspension or slowdown of work, picketing or any interference with the operation of the Employer's business and to this end the Union will take positive action to ensure its members are made aware that such activity is improper.
