NO STRIKE OR SLOW DOWN. In consideration of the rights and privileges extended to the Union by this Agreement, the Union does hereby agree and promise that none of its members shall strike, slow down or withhold service.

The Employer agrees that during the same period there shall be no lockouts. Likewise, it is understood and agreed that the Union and employees shall not engage in concerted activities calculated to influence elected officials, such as picketing private homes or businesses.
No Strike The Union, its officers or agents, or any of the employees covered by this Agreement shall not cause, instigate, encourage, condone, engage in, or cooperate in any strike, work slowdown, mass resignation, mass absenteeism, the willful absence from one's position, the stoppage of work, or the abstinence in whole or in part of the full, faithful and proper performance of the duties of employment during the term of this Agreement.
