NO STRIKE OR LOCK-OUT. There shall be no strike or lock-out during the term of this Collective Agreement. The terms “strike” and “lock-out” shall be as defined in the Ontario Labour Relations Act.
NO STRIKE OR LOCK-OUT. 5.01 It is understood and agreed that there is to be no strike or lock-out during the lifetime of this Agreement, the definition of strike and lock-out as described in the Ontario Labour Relations Act.
NO STRIKE OR LOCK-OUT. 11.01 There shall be no strike or lock-out so long as this Agreement continues to operate.
NO STRIKE OR LOCK-OUT. No employees bound by this Agreement shall strike, and no Employer bound by this Agreement shall lock-out his employees.
NO STRIKE OR LOCK-OUT. The Union agrees that during the life of the Agreement, there will be no strike, slow down, stoppage of work or any withdrawal of normally provided services, and the Employer agrees that during the life of the Agreement there shall be no lockouts.
NO STRIKE OR LOCK-OUT. 6.01 The Union agrees that there will be no strike or collective action designed to restrict or limit output by the employees represented by the Union and if such action should be taken by the employees, the Union will instruct the said employees to return to work and perform their usual duties forthwith and resort to the grievance procedure established herein for the settlement of any complaint or grievance. Should there be a violation of this section, there shall be no discussion or negotiation of the matter in dispute between the said Corporation and the Union until normal work has been resumed.
6.02 The Corporation agrees there will be no lock-out of employees.
NO STRIKE OR LOCK-OUT. 4 ARTICLE 7 WORK RULES 5
NO STRIKE OR LOCK-OUT. 1. The Association, on behalf of its officers, agents and members, agrees that so long as this agreement or any written extension hereof is in effect there shall be no strikes, walk-outs, stoppages of work, sit- downs, boycotts, or any other direct or indirect interference with the College’s operations in compliance with New Hampshire RSA 273-A:13.
2. Any employee who violates the provisions of this Article may be subject to discipline.
3. The Association agrees to indemnify the College for all expenses and damages that occur as a result of prohibited activity under this Article when such action is publicly condoned by the Association. In the event of a prohibited strike under this Article, the Association agrees to use reasonable efforts to inform members of the unit of the illegality of such activity and of the Association’s contractual obligation to oppose such activity.
4. The College agrees that it shall not invoke any lockouts for the life of this Agreement or any written extension thereof.
NO STRIKE OR LOCK-OUT. 31.01 There shall be no strike or lock-out during the term of this Collective Agreement. The words “strike” and “lock-out” shall be as defined by The Labour Relations Act, 1995, S.O. 1995, as amended.
NO STRIKE OR LOCK-OUT. 4.01 In view of the orderly procedure established by this Agreement for the settling of disputes and the handling of grievance, there shall be no strikes or lockouts during the term of this Agreement.
4.02 The word "strike" and the word "lockout" as used in Article 4.01 shall have the same meaning given to those words in the Canada Labour Code.
