No Support Services. No support services are provided under this Agreement. Any support services will be provided under a separate agreement.
No Support Services. Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that, except to the extent provided in the Transition Services Agreement, all support services and insurance coverages provided by Seller and its Affiliates to the Business will be terminated with respect to the Business, effective in each case as of the Closing Date.

University shall have no obligation to offer support services to Licensee, and nothing contained herein shall be interpreted so as to require University to provide any developer support, maintenance, installation services, debugging, consultation, technical support or end-user support of any kind.

From time-to-time Powerware may make revisions or upgrades to the Software available to You for an additional fee. Powerware currently provides complimentary limited technical support for the Software as described in, and in accordance with, the technical support policy available at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/software/corelogic/support; however, Powerware reserves the rights to discontinue or change the terms or availability of such limited technical support without notice. Any updates, enhancements, modifications and additions to any of the various CoreLogic™ Software Development Toolkit software programs, library files, data files and associated documentation that may be provided by Powerware to You in the future shall be considered part of the “Software” for the purposes of this Agreement.
No Support Services. ForeScout is under no obligation to support the Beta Products in any way or to provide any Updates to You. In the event ForeScout, in its sole discretion, supplies any Update to You, such Update shall be deemed Software hereunder and shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
No Support Services. Seller will not provide any technical or other support services whatsoever to Buyer for the use, operation, maintenance or repairs of the Equipment. Seller shall also not be responsible for providing any services related to, or paying or compensating the Buyer for, installation, power conversion, or validation of the Equipment.
No Support Services. VMware is under no obligation to support the Technology Preview Software in any way or to provide any Updates to Licensee. In the event VMware, in its sole discretion, supplies any Update to Licensee, the Update shall be deemed Technology Preview Software under this Agreement and shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
No Support Services. Forescout is under no obligation to support the Beta Products in any way or to provide any Updates to You. In the event Forescout, in its sole discretion, supplies any Update to You, such Update shall be deemed Software hereunder and shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
