Non-Breeding Agreement. The BUYER agrees not to breed the Dog at any time. Breeding of the Dog will automatically result in reversion of the Dog’s ownership to the SELLER. The BUYER must return the Dog to the SELLER at the BUYER’s expense. The BUYER will be fined the purchase price of the Dog, which is $2500.

Non-Breeding Agreement. Breeder: Date : At the time of taking possession of the puppy, the buyer agrees to the following terms: The dog will not be used for breeding purposes, neither by him nor by any other person. If he sells or sells the dog afterwards, he undertakes to require the new owner to sign an agreement identical to this one, and he will immediately send it to the breeder. In addition, the buyer acknowledges that if the dog is used for breeding purposes, either accidentally or deliberately, thus going against the non-breeding commitment:

This is in the event of serious injury and or life threatening prognosis. • The Buyer agrees to involve this dog in at least one of the following; obedience training, stock dog herding, conformation, tracking, barn xxxx, agility, and/or another activity designed to maintain an active healthy dog, and preserve the good name of the breeder and the kennel. • The Buyer certifies, by signing this contract that he/she is not acting as an agent in this purchase; that the Buyer will not resell this dog to a pet store, guard dog business or medical research facility. • This contract is made and signed by both the Seller and the Buyer for the well being of the said dog. If any part of this contract is breached by the Buyer, the Seller can and will repossess the dog. Non-Breeding Agreement. The Purchaser agrees that the Puppy is being sold as a companion animal (Pet) and not for breeding purposes. The Purchaser agrees to have the Puppy spayed/neutered between the ages of 8 months to 18 months and as recommended or advised by a licensed Veterinarian. The spay/neuter report must be submitted to the breeder by 18 months of age. Failure to have the puppy spayed/neutered becomes a breach of contract and Purchaser would be responsible to pay for full breeding rights (double the pet price) to said Puppy.
Non-Breeding Agreement. The Purchaser agrees that this dog is being sold under a Non-Breeding Agreement as a family companion, not for breeding purposes. This dog is not to be bred under any Kennel Club rules or those rules of any other registry. Rescinding the Non-breeding Agreement requires the consent of both the Breeders and the Purchaser. If this dog is bred and/or produces a litter the Purchaser is responsible to the Breeders for breach of this contract and agrees to pay damages to the Breeders. Purchaser agrees that if the ownership of this dog is transferred that the non-breeding contract remains in effect.

Transmission Provider may reasonably extend any such milestone dates, in the event of delays that Wholesale Market Participant (i) did not cause and (ii) could not have remedied through the exercise of due diligence. If (i) the Wholesale Market Participant suspends work pursuant to a suspension provision contained in an interconnection and/or construction agreement with the Transmission Owner or (ii) the Transmission Owner extends the date by which Wholesale Market Participant must enter into an interconnection agreement relative to this WMPA, and (iii) the Wholesale Market Participant has not made a wholesale sale under this WMPA, the Wholesale Market Participant may suspend this WMPA by notifying the Transmission Provider and the Transmission Owner in writing that it wishes to suspend this WMPA, with the condition that, notwithstanding such suspension, the Transmission System shall be left in a safe and reliable condition in accordance with Good Utility Practice and Transmission Provider’s safety and reliability criteria. Wholesale Market Participant’s notice of suspension shall include an estimated duration of the suspension period and other information related to the suspension. Pursuant to this section 3.1, Wholesale Market Participant may request one or more suspensions of work under this WMPA for a cumulative period of up to a maximum of three years. If, however, the suspension will result in a Material Modification as defined in Part I, Section 1.18A.02 of the Tariff, then such suspension period shall be no greater than one (1) year. If the Wholesale Market Participant suspends this WMPA pursuant to this Section 3.1 and has not provided written notice that it will exit such suspension on or before the expiration of the suspension period described herein, this WMPA shall be deemed terminated as of the end of such suspension period. The suspension time shall begin on the date the suspension is requested or on the date of the Wholesale Market Participant’s written notice of suspension to Transmission Provider, if no effective date was specified. All milestone dates stated in this Section 3.1 shall be deemed to be extended coextensively with any suspension period permitted pursuant to this provision.
