Non-Company Activities. Except with the prior written consent of the Board, Executive will not during the term of this Agreement undertake or engage in any other employment, occupation or business enterprise, other than ones in which Executive is a passive investor. Executive may engage in civic and not-for-profit activities so long as such activities do not materially interfere with the performance of his duties hereunder.
Non-Company Activities. Except in conformity with the requirements with the Company’s then-effective Code of Ethical Business Conduct, Employee will not during the term of this Agreement undertake or engage (other than as a passive investor) in any other employment, occupation or business enterprise, whether as an agent, partner, proprietor, officer, director, employee, consultant, contractor or otherwise, whether during or outside the business hours of the Company. Employee may engage in civic and not-for-profit activities so long as such activities do not interfere with the performance of his duties hereunder.
Non-Company Activities. Any non-company activities should be reported before joining KPN or before starting the relevant activities. In Atrium/MijnHR1 you will find an option for registering all non-company activities. If you do not perform any non-company activities, you must register that information as well. You are personally responsible for keeping these records up to date. On TEAMKPN Online you will find an explanation of the kind of non-company activities that are and are not subject to the declaration obligation. Your manager may prohibit you from performing all or any non-company activities if he is of the opinion that the activities: - are in competition with KPN, or - represent too much of a strain for you in combination with your work at KPN (physically or mentally), or - may harm the interests or good name of KPN.

Non-Company Activities. The Employer shall not request the Employee to undertake any tasks that not part of the official activities of the company. During the normal working hours of the company, the Employee shall not undertake any non-company activities without first obtaining the signed agreement of the Office Manager or the Executive Director. At no time shall the Employee undertake any activities, paid or otherwise, during the normal working hours of the company, nor on the company property, nor using company equipment, without first obtaining the signed agreement of the Office Manager or the Executive Director.
