Non-Compliant Accounts. If the Servicer considers that any Non-Compliant Accounts were the subject of any Offer after 27 July 2020, it will notify the Transferor of the same as soon as reasonably practicable. For these purposes: Non-Compliant Account means an Account which is not compliant with Article 13 of the UK LCR Regulation, Article 243 of the UK Capital Requirements Regulation or the UK Securitisation Regulation (or if different, the equivalent provisions in any such enacted versions of such regulations) and/or in accordance with any official guidance issued in relation thereto; UK Capital Requirements Regulation means Regulation (EU) No. 575/2013 as it forms part of UK domestic law by virtue of the EUWA; UK LCR Regulation means Regulation (EU) 575/2013 of the European Parliament and the Council with regard to the liquidity coverage requirement for Credit Institutions as supplemented by the European Commission adopted text of the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2015/61 of 10 October 2014 supplementing as it forms part of UK domestic law by virtue of the EUWA; and UK STS Requirements means the requirements of Articles 19 to 22 of the UK Securitisation Regulation and Article 243 of the UK Capital Requirements Regulation.

  • Dormant Accounts If you have not made a withdrawal from, or a deposit to, your Account for an extended period of time and we have been unable to contact you, your Account may be classified by us as dormant. Subject to applicable law, we may charge a dormant account fee on the Account, and the Account will be presumed to be abandoned. In accordance with state law, funds in abandoned accounts will be remitted to the custody of the applicable state agency, and we will have no further liability to you for such funds. We reserve the right not to send statements on accounts we consider dormant, subject to applicable law. ACCOUNT STATEMENTS. You are responsible for promptly examining your statement each statement period and reporting any irregularities to us. Each account statement will be considered to correctly reflect your transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, credits, refunds, imposition of fees, interest or dividends, and other additions and subtractions to your Account, unless you notify us in writing within certain time limits after the statement that incorrectly reflects your transactions is made available to you. We will not be liable for any check that is altered or any signature that is forged unless you notify us within Thirty (30) calendar days after the statement and the altered or forged item(s) are made available. Also, we will not be liable for any subsequent items paid, in good faith, containing an unauthorized signature or alteration by the same wrongdoer unless you notify us within Ten (10) calendar days after the statement and first altered or forged items were made available. You must report any other Account problem including encoding errors, and errors involving additions or subtractions (debits and credits) not otherwise covered herein, including electronic transactions not covered by the Electronic Fund Transfer Act, within Thirty (30) calendar days. If the suspected account problem involves a substitute check that you receive, you may (under some circumstances) be entitled to make a claim for an expedited refund. Such a claim may be subject to different notification timeframes. See the Substitute Check Policy Disclosure (if applicable) for further information. If you have requested us to hold your Account statements, we have the right to mail your statements if you have not claimed them within Thirty (30) calendar days. If we truncate your checks, you understand that your original checks will not be returned to you with your statement. You agree that our retention of checks does not alter or waive your responsibility to examine your statements or change the time limits for notifying us of any errors.

  • Client Accounts 17.1 It is agreed and understood that the types of the different Client Accounts offered by the Company and the characteristics of such Client Accounts are found on the Website and are subject to change at the Company’s discretion and according to paragraph 43 hereunder.

  • SIGNIFICANT ACCOUNTING POLICIES The interim financial statements are prepared by using the same accounting policies and methods of computation as were used for the financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2019, except the changes in accounting policies as follows.

  • Access to Accounts By enrolling in the Mobile Banking service, you certify you are an owner, joint owner or custodian on the accounts represented in your enrollment. You understand that all owners of your accounts or anyone with whom you share your Access code or any access code will be an Authorized User, and that authority will be considered unlimited in amount and manner with full authority to perform all transactions relating to the stated accounts, until you notify the Credit Union, in writing of the revocation of such authority. You agree that you are and will remain fully responsible for any transactions made by such persons on your accounts except transactions that occur after the Credit Union has been notified of any revocation of authority and has had a reasonable opportunity to act upon such notice.

  • Joint Accounts If any of your accounts accessed under this Agreement are joint accounts, all joint owners, including any authorized users, shall be bound by this Agreement and, alone and together, shall be responsible for all EFT transactions to or from any share and share draft or loan accounts as provided in this Agreement. Each joint account owner, without the consent of any other account owner, may, and is hereby authorized by every other joint account owner, make any transaction permitted under this Agreement. Each joint account owner is authorized to act for the other account owners, and the Credit Union may accept orders and instructions regarding any EFT transaction on any account from any joint account owner.

  • Account Access Electronic Check Transactions may only be made from your checking account.

  • MASTER CONTRACT INFORMATION Enterprise Services shall maintain and provide information regarding this Master Contract, including scope and pricing, to eligible Purchasers.

  • Disclosure of Account Information to Third Parties It is our general policy to treat your account information as confidential. However, we will disclose information to third parties about your account or the transactions you make in the following situations pursuant to our Privacy Policy (as further described in Section 10 (Your Privacy) of the General Terms), in addition to the circumstances set forth in Section 20 of the General Terms (Information Authorization):

  • Client Account 4.1 In order to facilitate trading in CFDs, the Company will open a Client Account for the Client, which will be activated upon the Client depositing the minimum initial deposit as determined by the Company in its discretion from time to time. The minimum initial deposit may vary according to the account type of the Client Account. This information is made available on our Website.

  • Services and Information for Persons with Limited English Proficiency A. Grantee shall take reasonable steps to provide services and information both orally and in writing, in appropriate languages other than English, to ensure that persons with limited English proficiency are effectively informed and can have meaningful access to programs, benefits and activities.
